By accessing or using the FCP Freeport Concrete website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
FCP Freeport Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and proper site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information you provide and our site inspection. Final costs may vary if actual site conditions differ from what was described or observed during the initial assessment.
You understand that unforeseen complications, additional work requested, or changes in material costs may result in price adjustments. We will communicate any potential cost changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
We make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the timeline. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize their impact on your project.
You agree to provide access to the work site during scheduled times and maintain a safe environment for our crew. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice when possible.
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties as specified in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, extreme weather events, ground settlement, or misuse.
Concrete naturally develops small cracks over time due to settling and temperature changes. These minor cosmetic cracks are a normal characteristic of concrete and are not covered under warranty unless they affect structural integrity.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local zoning regulations. You must also mark or identify any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure before work begins. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.
You agree to maintain the completed concrete according to our care instructions. This includes proper sealing, avoiding de-icing chemicals, and preventing heavy impacts during the curing period.
FCP Freeport Concrete liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.
